This one-to-one antenatal visit offers a calm, supportive space to talk through any questions or anxieties you may have, and what feeding your baby might look like.
The session is guided by you and can be tailored to your individual circumstances, questions, or any previous feeding experiences. Partners are very welcome to attend, so you can both feel informed, supported, and more confident as you approach parenthood.
During our session, we can:
Discuss how milk production works
Explore harvesting colostrum
Discuss your feeding goals
Explore how to get breastfeeding off to the best start
Discuss typical newborn feeding patterns to ease any anxieties you may have (anticipatory guidance)
Duration: Typically up to 90 minutes.

1-1 Breastfeeding Consultation
A supportive home visit in the early days of breastfeeding, designed to help you feel empowered and confident in your feeding journey.
I take a holistic approach, tailoring support to each family’s unique needs. My aim is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the process, working collaboratively with you every step of the way.
During our session, we can:
Discuss your birth experience and your feeding goals
Conduct a full feeding assessment
Complete an oral assessment of your baby
Create a personalised feeding plan
Duration: Typically up to 2 hours.
Location: Face-to-face or Video Call (Face-to-face recommended).

Meeting you before your baby arrives means I can get to know you, understand your feeding hopes and worries, so I can plan how to support you in the way that’s right for your family. This early connection often makes your postnatal consultation smoother and more effective, helping you to feel listened to, understood, and confident as you begin your feeding journey.
