The session is guided by you and can be tailored to your individual circumstances, questions, or any previous feeding experiences. Partners are very welcome to attend, so you can both feel informed, supported, and more confident as you approach parenthood.

During our session, we can:

• Discuss how milk production works

• Explore harvesting colostrum

• Discuss your feeding goals

• Explore how to get breastfeeding off to the best start

• Discuss typical newborn feeding patterns

A supportive home visit in the early days of breastfeeding, designed to help you feel empowered and confident in your feeding journey.

Painful latch, shallow latch, concerns baby isn’t feeding , unsettled baby, concerns with milk supply, pumping & expressing, bottle-feeding, infant oral assessment (if presenting with signs of tongue tie), engorgement, or simply reassurance.

I take a holistic approach, tailoring support to each family’s unique needs. My aim is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the process, working collaboratively with you every step of the way.

During our session, we can:

• Discuss your birth experience and your feeding goals

• Conduct a full feeding assessment

• Complete an oral assessment of your baby (if necessary)

• Create a personalised feeding plan (sent electronically)
